Introduction

From 16 May to 21 June, Ocean Centre is transformed into an immersive "French Garden", with Victoria Harbour views and Maison Perrier floral arch. Enjoy exclusive French GourMay menus at Michelin-starred ÉPURE and Charcoal Bar, or participate in expert-led workshops ranging from Maison Perrier "Sober Chic" mixology to chocolate and cocktail pairings. On weekends, visit the Clan & Co x Maison Perrier Pop-Up Bar for grab-and-go cocktails and free Maison Perrier. The celebration peaks on 30 May with the public “Le Chic Party” – free-flow bubbles, DJ, flair bartending, and French chic quick draw.

Weekend Exclusive Mixology Workshops

In partnership with Clan & Co, three immersive 45‑minute workshops led by professional mixologists will be held on designated dates. Blending mixology knowledge with hands‑on creation, the workshops are designed for both beginners and enthusiasts (participants must be aged 18 or above). All workshop participants will receive one complimentary bottle from the all‑new Maison Perrier Collection.

Three Themed Workshops:

1. Maison Perrier "Sober Chic" Zero-Proof Mixology Session
   Learn to craft three signature Maison Perrier mocktails using premium ingredients, while mastering garnishing techniques that enhance both visual presentation and flavour depth.
   
   
2. Clan & Co’s The Herbal Tea Alchemy Workshop
   Get hands-on as you create two tea-inspired herbal cocktails, and learn about Chinese herbal flavors like chen-pi and roselle, alongside basic mixology skills.
   
   
3. DALLOYAU Chocolate & Spirits Pairing
   Indulge in three handcrafted DALLOYAU chocolates paired with cognac, botanical liqueurs, and classic cocktails, as you explore the fascinating "Third Flavour" concept.

The grand finale proudly arrives on the evening of Saturday, 30 May. Set against the twilight of Victoria Harbour, this French "joie de vivre" party experience is available for just HK$250 (participants must be aged 18 or above), offering:
