Introduction

The Paris Foreign Mission built Bethanie in 1875 as a sanatorium. Its chapel is rich in French characteristics, and the museum shows interesting artefacts related to proselytizing in the past. The Pokfulam Farm stands on grounds that used to be the Dairy Farm, part of which has been turned into the Bethanie campus of the Academy of Performing Arts. Living quarters of senior managers of Dairy Farm are now renovated and open to the public.
