A: The French May created the Associated Projects category that is featured alongside our main Projects in the Festival programme, to allow emerging artists to gain visibility and notable.
Q: Who is eligible?
A: Any artist in the Performing and Visual Arts is welcome to apply (ballet, design, music, painting, photography, fashion, lifestyle…). They must be based in Hong Kong, have an exhibition/show to present to the public in May and/or June, and their work should match the topic fixed by the French May. For the 2021 edition, the theme is the cultural synergies that connect Hong Kong to France.
