The Hong Kong Wind Kamerata features Hong Kong’s most talented wind players who are dedicated to promoting the rich but as yet rarely known wind chamber music repertoire to audiences. Members have a wealth of performing experience on both international and local concert platforms. They have appeared in art festivals like the International Society of Contemporary Music (ISCM) World Music Days, Le French May Arts Festival and the Ninth Music Festival of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. The group has also been touring in different cities, which include Beijing, Shanghai and Macau. Hong Kong Wind Kamerata is particularly delighted to invite renowned French oboist Christian Schmitt to perform a rich and original programme.
